Introduction
For the third year running, we conducted a survey with YourSay Panel members to understand their experience on the Panel and how they would like to be engaged and involved in the future.
The survey was conducted between 5-15 January 2023, with almost 1,250 members taking part.
Results from the survey show that members rated their experience on the YourSay Panel an average of 7.4 out of ten, which was similar to previous years. Compared with past results, several aspects of member experience had improved including the Panel providing a good mix of survey topics, helping members feel more involved in their community and members receiving feedback on results. Areas to improve include access to results and helping members understand how feedback provided on the Panel influences ACT Government decision-making.
The survey provides important insight into how the YourSay Panel develops and is inputting into plans for future surveys and engagements.
