Introduction

More than 2,100 YourSay Panel members took part in the second member experience survey.

The survey was conducted between 5 and 17 January 2022.

The YourSay Panel undertakes an annual survey with its members to hear about their experience on the Panel, including what they like about it, what could be improved, and how they would like to engage with the Panel in the future.

The results from the survey have been used by the YourSay Panel team to help plan and develop refinements to the Panel experience, including survey content, communication with Panel members and incentives.
